What is the relationship between Community Outreach and Community Learning?
For a Discipling Community, Comunity Learning and Community Outreach are two iterative processes in which one process becomes the impetus for the other for the well-being of the community and the growth of its members.

What qualifies as an Outreach project?
Community Outreach projects enable learners to put into practice the knowledge they have acquired. The Outreach project must enable communities to reach out to another community of people with needs; these may be people such as old folks, orphans, troubled teens.

Why do I need an Outreach Coordinator?
The Outreach Coordinator is a representative of the organization that registered the Outreach project. The Coordinator is required to liaise with communities who are keen to adopt the Outreach project. He or she works closely with the Discipling Community up to the day when the community fulfills the objectives of the Outreach project. Note that a Project Coordinator is required to have a vHUBs account too.

Am I able to assign the same Outreach project to multiple communities or re-assign it to another community?
Yes. You can specify the number of Serving Communities and the size of each Discipling Community appropriate for an Outreach project. The project can then be assign to multiple communities and also be reassigned to another community as long as the project is still valid.

How do I withdraw my Outreach project when it is no longer valid?
When your Outreach Project expires, it is automatically retracted from the Community Exchange.

Do I need to have a vHUBs account to register my Outreach project or be an Outreach Partner?
Yes. If you do not have a vHUBs account, please write to us to join the Outreach Partner Network and also tells us to what kind of Outreach projects are you involved in.

What is the difference between the Outreach Project Contributor and the Outreach Coordinator?
The Outreach Project Contributor registers the Outreach project into the Community Exchange whereas the Outreach Coordinator is the one who liaises with the communities who are keen to be involved in the Outreach project. He or she works closely with the organization and the communities up to the day when the community fulfills the outreach project. Note that the Outreach Project Contributor can also be the Outreach Coordinator and a project can have multiple Outreach Coordinators.

How can I find out more about the Outreach project before taking it up as a community?
You may contact the Outreach Coordinator as stated in the Outreach project. You may a import the project to reserve it but you will not be able to subscribe it for your community without the approval of the Outreach Coordinator.
