How can I begin using this platform as a learner?
To begin using this platform, you can join a community, set up a community or set up an outreach project. Write to us to find out more. To set up an account as a learner, you need to first be invited to join a community.

Will my account be terminated or incurred any charges if I have been inactive for a period of time?
You are considered ‘inactive’ if you have not logged into vHUBs for a year. All tokens belonging to an expired account will expire along with the account.

How can I create a vHUBs account when I have not been invited into any community?
You must be invited to join a community before you can setup a vHUBs account. Please contact us if you are interested to have an account but has not been invited to join any community.

How do I update my personal particulars or profile?
Login to your Personal Hub via http://vhubs.org to modify your particulars in your profile.

How can I join a community which I'm not a member?
‘I want to join this community!’ link at the Community Login Page allows you to submit your request to join the community. You will be notified through email whether your request is approved, rejected or on hold. Upon approval, you can then join the community.
